Membership registration is required to place an order.

Select the products you wish to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button.
Please review the items and total amount on the shopping cart page, then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
● Order Confirmation
You can check your order details from your My Page.
● Delivery Temperature Categories
Ambient-temperature items and refrigerated items will be shipped together in one package with a single shipping fee.
Frozen items require a different temperature range and will be shipped separately from ambient and refrigerated items. An additional shipping fee will apply.
● Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for orders under ¥12,000 are as follows.
*Free shipping is available for orders of ¥12,000 (tax included) or more.
For deliveries to Okinawa, the shipping fee will be discounted to a flat rate of ¥1,500.
Please note that when items with different temperature requirements (such as frozen items) are ordered together, shipments will be split and a shipping fee will be charged for each delivery.
Shipping Carrier: Sagawa Express (*Yamato Transport for Okinawa only)
Shipping Schedule: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days from the order date.
● Delivery
➡ Estimated Delivery Time
- Shipping services may be suspended during year-end and New Year holidays or summer holidays.
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or traffic situations.
➡ Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
You can check the delivery status via the parcel tracking service on the carrier’s website.
