● Delivery Temperature Categories
Ambient-temperature items and refrigerated items will be shipped together in one package with a single shipping fee.
Frozen items require a different temperature range and will be shipped separately from ambient and refrigerated items. An additional shipping fee will apply.
● Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for orders under ¥12,000 are as follows.
*Free shipping is available for orders of ¥12,000 (tax included) or more.
For deliveries to Okinawa, the shipping fee will be discounted to a flat rate of ¥1,500.
Please note that when items with different temperature requirements (such as frozen items) are ordered together, shipments will be split and a shipping fee will be charged for each shipment.

Delivery Time: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days from the order date.
