●Product Description:
This award-winning blackberry conserve is lovingly handmade on a family-run farm in Mevagissey, Cornwall, using generous amounts of juicy blackberries and slow-cooked in small batches to a traditional family recipe. With no added pectin or artificial preservatives, it is a rich and vibrant Cornish jam that captures the flavour of summer hedgerows and is perfect for muffins, crumpets and scones.
●Brand Description:
The brand began as a family-run fruit farm founded in 1946 in Mevagissey, Cornwall, in south-west England. For four generations, the family has been committed to delivering the natural taste of fruit, managing the entire process in-house from growing the fruit to producing the finished products. In 2001, the third generation, Louise, began selling her homemade strawberry jam at the farm shop, where it quickly sold out and became an instant success. This marked the start of full-scale handmade jam production. Since then, many products have won Gold awards at prestigious competitions such as the Great Taste Awards and the Farm Shop & Deli Awards, and the brand has grown to be stocked by premium food retailers, hotels and restaurants in the UK and overseas.
