●Product Description:
A refined English sparkling wine crafted by Pommery, the house that created the first Brut Champagne, now producing exceptional wines in England’s emerging wine region. Pale, luminous yellow in colour, with a lively and persistent stream of fine bubbles. The nose opens with freshness and delicate lime aromas, followed by hints of blackcurrant, honey, and white fruits. These elegant aromas continue onto the palate, creating a beautifully balanced and rich harmony. The finish is long, clean, and precise, with no heaviness. The dosage is perfectly judged, providing balance without noticeable sweetness. A sophisticated and authentic sparkling wine of exceptional finesse.

Chardonnay (55%)
Pinot Noir (37%)
Meunier (Pinot Meunier) (8%)
●Brand Story:
Founded in 1836 in Reims, the heart of the Champagne region, Pommery revolutionised the world of Champagne when Madame Pommery created the first Brut (dry) Champagne in 1874. Since then, the house has grown into one of the most respected Champagne producers in the world, renowned for its elegance, finesse, and vibrant character. The Vranken-Pommery Monopole Group, which owns Pommery and several prestigious brands, identified England as an exciting new frontier for sparkling wine production. Parts of southern England share the same chalk-rich soils as Champagne, formed when the regions were connected before the Ice Age. Combined with climate conditions that increasingly resemble historic Champagne terroir, this region has gained global attention for its potential. The group acquired vineyards in Hampshire, England, where production is overseen by International Winemaker Thierry Gasco and Pommery’s Chief Winemaker Clément Pierlot, ensuring the same uncompromising standards of quality and excellence.
