Marshfield Farm is a family-run ice cream brand based on a farm near the Cotswolds in England.
Its story began in 1971, when the Hawking family started dairy farming with just 35 cows. Today, the farm has grown to over 250 cows.
In 1988, they began making ice cream as a way to use their fresh milk, starting with their now best-selling vanilla flavour.
All ice cream is still produced on the farm using freshly collected milk. Great care is taken to ensure animal welfare, including low-stress environments and modern milking systems.
The farm also embraces regenerative agriculture, working in harmony with nature to create a more sustainable future.
