●Product Description:
Sheppy’s Craft Perry is made using five distinct perry pear varieties, including Blakeney Red, Hendre Huffcap and Red Pear.
Aged for a minimum of six months, it offers a light, bright and refreshing finish, with a rich and expressive pear aroma.
It pairs well with savoury dishes such as pasta, chicken and fish, and is also enjoyable on its own as a refreshing drink.

●Brand Story:
Sheppy’s is a craft cider and perry producer based in Somerset, in south-west England, with over 200 years of history and its own 36-hectare cider orchard.
During the Second World War, the company was forced to suspend cider production for a period, but later resumed, and the Sheppy family has continued making cider for six generations.
Their naturally fermented ciders and perries are highly regarded for their quality.
On their extensive 150-hectare farm, ducks and cattle are also raised, and the pressed apple pomace is reused as feed for the cows during the winter, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
